About Kaha Care
Kaha Care LLC provides home and community-based support for people with disabilities. We work collaboratively with each person and their team to understand what matters most, build dependable routines, and support meaningful participation at home and in the community.
Our approach emphasizes respectful communication, person-centered planning, health and safety, reliable documentation, and services delivered according to the person’s support plan and authorization.
Services
Service availability depends on current staffing, location, assessed need, authorization, and program eligibility.
Support, assistance, and supervision with daily routines, household activities, community participation, and scheduling, without a formal skill-training component.
Assistance with routine household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, home management, and essential shopping, based on the person’s authorized service needs.
Short-term care and supervision that gives a family member or primary caregiver temporary relief while supporting the person’s safety and routine.
Overnight monitoring and support in the person’s home to address identified health, safety, assistance, or supervision needs.
Teaching and support focused on adaptive skills, community participation, household routines, health, safety, wellness, and other goals identified in the support plan.
Flexible support for adults living in their own homes, including assistance and skill development related to daily living, household management, problem-solving, community participation, and personal goals.
On-call assistance intended to respond to unexpected situations requiring immediate support, according to the person’s authorized service plan and program requirements.
Employment exploration, development, and ongoing support designed to help a person identify opportunities, prepare for work, and maintain successful employment.
Nonmedical supervision, social support, and assistance with participation in household and community activities consistent with the person’s service plan.
