245D Waiver Services
Services are delivered according to each person's assessed needs, service authorization, and support plan.
Homemaker Services
Help maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living environment.
Night Supervision
Overnight monitoring and support based on assessed health and safety needs.
Respite Care
Short-term support that provides relief for family members and caregivers.
Adult Companion
Non-medical supervision, social participation, and meaningful activities.
Additional Authorized Services
ICLS, family training, emergency assistance, and other services based on current licensing, enrollment, and capacity.
